Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about regenerative agriculture and eager to contribute to the transformation of our property into a more productive, eco-friendly space. This position offers the unique opportunity to live on-site in provided housing, with flexible hours based on your level of involvement and interest in the farm’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day farm operations, including meat and produce production, planting, harvesting, and caring for livestock.

Contribute to the design and development of the woodland property, helping reshape the landscape to encourage greater planting and biodiversity.

Participate in farm planning and problem-solving sessions, offering creative solutions to ongoing challenges.

Help maintain farm equipment, tools, and structures, ensuring they are in good working order.

Work with the farm team to ensure sustainable practices are followed, with a focus on soil health, water management, and regenerative techniques.

Support the farm’s outreach efforts, including educational programs and product sales (if applicable).

Maintain a strong, positive presence as part of the farm’s collaborative and family-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or a related field is helpful, but not required—willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively in a farming context.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team.

Interest in regenerative practices, sustainability, and community building.

A positive, adaptable attitude, with a passion for hands-on work and making a tangible difference.

Physical ability to handle farm-related tasks (lifting, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, etc.).

A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
