Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Duties:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Schedule residential appointments timely and effectively
Assisting drivers with pickups and deliveries
Assist in resolving complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Address and resolve customer concerns regarding shipment details, including tracking, delays, and POD queries.
Support office operations as needed by performing administrative tasks.
Assist Sales team in daily quoting.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
