Job Description:
We are seeking 2 dedicated positions to join our growing team:
Lube Technician or Strong Diagnostic Service Technician: We are looking for an experienced Auto Diagnostic Technician who excels in vehicle diagnostics and can provide effective solutions to any mechanical or technical issues. We are also looking for a hard working Lube Technician to perform oil changes and digital vehicle inspection reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Lube Technicians or Service Technicians:
Perform vehicle inspections and follow diagnostic procedures.
Ability to diagnose customer's concerns and find a solution.
Communicate with Service Advisors to discuss the vehicle’s issues and possible solutions.
Maintain a clean, organized work station and contribute to shop cleanliness.
Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to meet deadlines and service goals.
Will provide continued education for the right candidate free of charge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Auto Diagnostic Technician (ASE Certifications a plus, but not necessary)
Diagnostic Technicians must have their own tools and ability to use computers/tablets to complete Digital Vehicle Inspections Reports.
Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
