Prospect restaurant is looking for an experienced and energetic floor manager that has strong wine knowledge. This is a hybrid position as the Manager would be assisting with wine service. Applicants must lead with passion, initiative, drive, and awareness and enjoys working with people.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years management experience in a full-service restaurant

Experience with cocktail and wine service

Strong leadership skills with great interpersonal and written skills.

Familiarity with Toast POS

Responsibilities:

Cultivate a culture of guest-focused hospitality, reinforcing our Guest focused service style, welcoming new guests and building on relationships with our regulars

Control labor and other costs

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Develop and strengthen a healthy team culture

Lead the FOH staff - including assisting in hiring, developing, and discipline

Manage services on the floor in an active and engaged manner

Flexible schedule

Passion for hands-on service and leads by example

Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
