Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads for substance abuse treatment services.

Educate potential clients and referral partners about the consulting group’s professional services.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, individuals, and families.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Maintain accurate records and follow up with leads regularly

Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations related to addiction treatment.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience (experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction recovery preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
