Kitchen Staff Wanted: Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, Prep Cook
Looking to fill multiple kitchen positions!
Executive Chef- Chef needed for busy Northwest neighborhood restaurant. Benefits + Bonus Structure + Paid Time Off. Inventory, cost, recipe breakdown, managing kitchen hours and labor, be able to delegate tasks and put together a schedule are a must. We want someone who is motivated to run their kitchen how they want. Much of the BOH has been with us for a long time and we want to keep it that way! Please let us know any relevant work experience and how soon you are able to start.
Kitchen Manager- This is a good opportunity for someone who doesn't feel like they have quite enough experience to be Executive Chef but excels at admin side of things. Tasks include: Work the Expo line, create a kitchen schedule, put in vendor orders, understand labor costs, experience as a line cook, etc
Prep Cook- this is a part-time hourly position, 2-3 days a week. Experience is a must. Hourly to be discussed at interview.
