Administrative Assistant (Full-time)
Duties include: Ensure efficient operation of Executive Office, supporting General Manager and Assistant General Manager; Maintain accurate records of business operations; Act as Liaison to Board of Directors; Maintain Social Media presence; Maintain notary service and discount programs; Assist HR in facilitating Associate functions; Participate in planning Owner/Guest events.
Successful Candidate should have previous administrative experience, strong computer and clerical skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Social Media required.
