Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook fried food items (spring rolls, fries, chicken wings, etc.) according to restaurant recipes and standards.

- Operate fryers, grills, and other cooking equipment while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

- Monitor and adjust fryer oil temperatures for optimal food quality.

- Ensure all food is prepared and packaged for delivery in a timely manner.

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all food safety guidelines.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are completed and dispatched on time.

- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a fry cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Ability to work efficiently and handle high-pressure situations.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to [weight, e.g., 30 lbs].

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
