Seeking assistant to the manager to manage short term rental program, support leasing and other management functions, and develop social media promotions. The best candidate has experience as a property manager, skill with social media, short term rentals, and a drive to develop a comprehensive and significant position. Training is expected with some of these categories. If growth and creative development are your ambitions, we want to talk to you.

Website management.

Search engine optimization.

Use of AI to enhance listings and posts.

Understanding of how to maximize use of social media to grow a brand.

Knowledge of inventory management through use of spreadsheets.

Understanding of how to market units using different applications.

Ability to use software to make flyers, mailers, and brochures for marketing.

Ability to use tools and tech support to solve issues that arise with software.

Ability to look ahead and get in front of problems as opposed to just being reactionary.

Attention to detail.

Customer services experience in key to being able to handle guest issues as the arise.

Ability to monitor communication channels in real time as respond to guests as needed.
