About Us

Advanced Solar & Energy Solutions is a well-established company with over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work. We are currently looking for both an Experienced Electrician and an Electrical Helper to join our growing team.

Experienced Electrician

We are seeking a skilled electrician with five to six years of experience in commercial and some residential electrical work. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in wiring, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams

Perform wiring, conduit bending, panel installations, and troubleshooting

Ensure all work meets electrical codes and safety standards

Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time

Requirements

Five to six years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work

Ability to work independently and problem-solve

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

Clean driver’s license, must be reliable and able to drive company vehicles when needed

Drug and alcohol-free, we maintain a professional and safe work environment

Electrical Helper

We are also hiring a Helper with at least two years of experience. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow in the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

Assist electricians with installations, wiring, and general electrical tasks

Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently

Work safely on ladders and at heights

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Learn and follow safety guidelines and electrical codes

Requirements

At least two years of experience as an electrical helper

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders

Clean driver’s license, must be reliable and able to drive company vehicles when needed

Drug and alcohol-free, we maintain a professional and safe work environment

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
