Job Responsibilities:
Assist in solar installations, electrical work, carpentry, and general construction
Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and using hand/power tools
Work safely on rooftops and at heights – must be comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
Help maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
Requirements:
Must NOT be afraid of heights – rooftop work required
Clean driver’s license – must be reliable and able to drive company vehicles when needed
Drug & alcohol-free – we maintain a safe and professional work environment
Willingness to learn and work in multiple trades
Hardworking, dependable, and a team player
