Job Posting: Pizza Shop Team Member (Dining Area, Cashier & Phone Orders)

J&G Pizza is looking for a dedicated and hard-working team member to handle dining area services, cashier duties, and phone orders. The ideal candidate must have experience in a pizza shop, be familiar with POS systems, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone

Process payments using the POS system (cash, credit, and digital)

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and counter

Assist customers with seating and ensure tables are cleared and sanitized

Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Assist with other shop operations as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a pizza shop or fast-paced restaurant

Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling

Strong customer service and multitasking skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting
