We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Driver / Skid Steer Operator to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and the ability to operate heavy equipment efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate a skid steer and perform grading, leveling, and general Bobcat work

Drive a Dodge Ram 4500 with a trailer to transport materials and equipment

Lead a crew, ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards

Work alongside the team in landscaping tasks such as grading, planting, mulching, and general site preparation

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

Experience operating a skid steer and performing grading work

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)

Driving record and background check will be performed

Experience driving a Dodge Ram 4500 with a trailer

Ability to multi-task and manage a crew efficiently

Basic knowledge of landscaping fundamentals and equipment operation

Strong leadership skills with a team-player attitude

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
