Apply Stucco to exterior of small room

Need smooth stucco (Santa Barbara finish) installed on exterior of small room attached to my house. See photos.

For $900, I'll provide materials (wire mesh, scratch, etc). You bring tools (trowel, etc). You apply stucco. I don't need painting.

For $1400, you provide all materials and labor.

Total: Approximately 200-240 sq ft of wall space (3 walls)
