Cleaners Needed $140 $200 bi-weekly

We are currently looking for cleaner(s) or a team of cleaners who would be interested in adding a set schedule for Mondays, bi-weekly. This is a great gig for someone who does contract cleaning work but need more work to fill in the day. Please read the following information thoroughly before responding to the job post.

Location: Varies depending on the schedule (Seattle and West Seattle areas)

Parking: Street-parking, some parking compensation available

Working Relationship: Must be able to work as an independent contractor (pay/provide your own taxes, fees, liability insurance, and supplies)

Experiences & Skills:

Knows different cleaning supplies and how they work on various surfaces

Can dust, vacuum, mop areas with sufficient effort to make sure the area is clean

Knows how to clean toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers

Knows the concept of cross contamination and proper use of cleaning cloths/towels/rags

Proper etiquette when dealing with customers (no foul languages, slang, dismissive tone or attitude)

Reporting on-time on any issues faced during cleaning so we can get a resolution as soon as possible

Able to read and understand English so that any preferences and requests are followed

Be on-time or notify ahead for any late or no-shows to maintain healthy working relationship (Must be able to notify at least 48 hours prior)
