As our Outside Sales Door Knocker SDR, your job duties will include:
Represent iHail: Promote the company at the highest standards
Update Database: Keep our prospect database up to date in real time
Log Conversations: Log live conversations for quality control and sales coaching
Generate New Lead: Find qualified prospects and collect their contact information for further follow up
Lead Management: Nurture relationship with prospect through consistent follow up in order to build trust and credibility
Generate New Eval: Establish a date and time for an appointment at their home or work to see how we can best serve their needs
Base Compensation
Salary: N/A
Payment Schedule: Weekly, as repair order closes out after payments collected
Housing: Provided
Variable Pay
Commission:
Lead Generated: Percent of total repair approved amount, after deductible. Tier based on the number of repairs started within a two week period.
1-4 Repairs: 7% of net total
5-7 Repairs: 9% of net total
8+ Repairs: 12% of net total
Eval Generated: 3% of RO approved amount, after deductible. No tier, flat amount.
Bonuses: $1,000,000 Generated Revenue: Rolex worth up to $15,000
Expectations
Teamwork: Being a team player is crucial to hitting the company targets and ultimately everyone’s compensation goals. Behavior that contradicts this is detrimental to all.
Positive Mental Attitude: In a high volume, high paid environment you are expected to show up focused, alert and ready to perform. Negative attitudes are contagious and are detrimental to high performance.
Zero Drug or Alcohol Policy: Use during work is explicitly not tolerated. Any use outside of work that begins to affect work will not be tolerated.
Productive Downtime: Any downtime outside of Core Outputs is expected to be used towards anything deemed productive to help push production forward. Excessive social media use, gaming, gambling, or other distractions will not be tolerated.
Performance Metrics (definition of done)
Represent iHail: Clean company attire daily. Clean shaven and hair cut weekly or as needed. Shoes meticulously cleaned as needed. Nails trimmed, fresh smelling and hygienic.
Update Database: 40 record updates per day
Log Conversation: 20 logs per day
Generate New Lead: 5 leads per day
Lead Management: 20 follow ups per day
Set New Eval: 2 appointments per day
Underperformance/Compliance (standards)
Represent iHail: Awake, alert and focused every day. Respectful, organized and considerate in all interactions.
Update Database: Every single residence in a neighborhood categorized properly if hail damage present
Log Conversation: Every interaction logged without exception
Generate New Lead: Striving for contact information of every qualified prospect interacted with
Lead Management: Staying organized, up to date with calendar and honoring commitments with prospects on when to reach back out
Set New Eval: Striving to set appointments with every qualified prospect

Commission:
Lead Generated: $140,660.78 (assuming 120 RO at current $9,768.11 average)
Eval Generated: $17,582.60 (assuming 50% of 120 RO at current $9,768.11 average)
