Residential Construction/Skilled Laborer

We have an immediate opening for a Construction/Skilled Laborer to join our project team. You must be hard-working, reliable, and willing to perform various tasks that are required on the work site. We are primarily a residential remodel construction business. Our projects consist of all phases of remodeling and include projects such as basement remodels/finishes, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and other interior finishes. We also do exterior work siding, windows, decks that can require ladder and scaffolding work. Responsibilities include demo, framing, cabinets, doors, trim, flooring, drywall, insulation, paint. Prefer candidates who have at least 2-5 years of experience in construction or skilled labor but are willing to train the right person depending on work history. Basic personal tools required. Ability to work independently at times. Paid weekly, hrs average 35-40 per week, will negotiate paid time off after 1 year. References will be checked.
