Order Processing & Packaging Associate (Inventory Department)

Job Responsibilities:

 Accurately process and package customer orders for marketing signage.

 Inspect finished products for quality assurance before packaging.

 Organize and maintain inventory of signage materials and packaging supplies.

 Prepare shipments by securely packing orders and labeling them correctly.

 Work closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

 Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

 Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.

 Follow company procedures to meet shipping deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

 Previous experience in order processing, packaging, printing, or inventory management is

a plus.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

 Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and stand for extended periods.

 Basic computer skills for order tracking and labeling. Excel and ability to quickly learn

our proprietary software.

 Team player with strong organizational skills.
