We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow this program from the ground up—to build a team, create systems, and turn this initiative into something truly impactful.

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, your mission is to recruit, train, and support a team that will bring our mental wellness resources to the world through strategic partnerships and authentic connections.

>>> WHAT YOU'LL DO

Recruit & Lead a Team – Build and manage a team of Outreach Specialists who connect with influencers, invite them into the program, and ensure ongoing engagement.

Develop & Optimize Systems – Create structured, scalable processes for outreach, onboarding, and supporting affiliates, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Enhance Affiliate Support & Resources – Continuously explore ways to make the program more valuable for our affiliate partners, providing them with the right tools, resources, and support to succeed.

Build & Grow Partnerships – Strategize ways to develop relationships with brands, community leaders, and networks, and build a team dedicated to managing those collaborations.

Improve & Innovate – Identify opportunities to strengthen community engagement, refine communication strategies, and expand the impact of the affiliate program through ongoing improvements.

Create a Thriving Community – Foster a supportive and engaged affiliate network, ensuring partners feel connected, valued, and motivated to promote our mission.

An Experienced Influencer Marketer – You have a strong background in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and community building, with a deep understanding of what makes these programs successful.

A Social Media & Engagement Strategist – You know how to leverage social media to build relationships, create engagement, and drive growth for digital products and partnerships.

A Leader & Team Builder – You’re skilled at hiring, training, and managing a team, ensuring that each member thrives in their role and contributes to the program’s success.

A Strategic & Creative Problem Solver – You can analyze, adapt, and innovate, finding new ways to improve the program, increase its value for affiliates, and optimize outreach efforts.

An Organized & Detail-Oriented Executor – You’re comfortable managing multiple moving pieces, structuring workflows, and ensuring smooth operations as the program grows.

A Self-Motivated & Ambitious Builder – You see opportunity where others see obstacles. You take bold action, set high standards, and thrive in a role where your drive, vision, and results shape the success of a growing program.

>>> COMPENSATION & GROWTH POTENTIAL

Commission-Based Structure: You will earn 20% commission on all influencer-generated sales connected to the team members you onboarded. Your income scales as you build a thriving team and grow the program. This role is for someone who is excited about growing something big—starting with a small team and turning it into something powerful.
