Job Description:
This position drives sales, and builds and retains their book of business within the market / retail location. This position is responsible for attracting and generating new customers and cross-selling existing customers, in support of our product offerings including but not limited to Auto, Home, Commercial, Flood, Special events all P&C Lines. This role sells to walk-in customers, markets products outside of the office via marketing calls, Networking Events, and in-person visits creating community relationships to promote continued growth, and assists customers in the office.

Job Qualifications:
MUST HAVE 440 customer service insurance license
A confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Licensing: Active Florida Insurance License (2-20, 20-44 or 440) required.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities
Achieve office goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
6mo – 2yrs of insurance experience required
Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products.
Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross sell / retention of customers.
Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline, as well as an active physical presence in your own community to build multiple centers of influence/referral sources (car dealerships, local events, community organizations, etc.).
Initiate outbound calling to established target customer base for Product offerings.
Help protect customers by offering insuring products that will meet their needs
Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Receives customer payments, issues receipt and verifies reports of receipts for cash drawers.
Renewal retention
Policies services, mortgage changes,
Policy Management: Review client policies, make necessary adjustments, and renew expiring policies in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.
