Web Design and Development including Graphics and Logo

Requirements:

1. NO company. I am looking for an independent web designer and developer. Preferably a student who has extensive knowledge and experience with the requirements listed herein. I will NOT respond to any messages from any company; nor will I hire a company to perform the work.

2. Be PHYSICALLY located in Atlanta to facilitate meetings in person. Prefer close to zip code 30309. DO NOT respond if you are not physically located in Atlanta. I will not respond to any messages.

3. Using tools for prototyping is OK but not for the production website.

4. Website generation tools and sites and Website Builders like Wix are NOT PERMITTED.

5. You MUST be proliferent in coding.- C, C, Python, R, PHP, HTML, CSS.

6. Experience with graphics and logo design.

7. How to create a simple backend database to capture data entered on the online survey.

8. How to create an online survey; a form is OK.

9. How to generate analytics based on survey responses.

10. How to generate online, real-time graphs for the responses captured by the online survey.

11. Create a website. The website MUST be compatible with WordPress.

12. The website will be hosted at Hostinger.

13. Experience deploying and hosting a website including settings and parameters; for example, setting up SSL Certificate.

14. I will maintain ALL RIGHTS to the development artifacts (code, documentation, design).

15. You MUST provide contact reference information and URLs to websites you have developed.
