Superintendent Wanted – 16-Unit SRO Apartment (San Francisco, CA)

We are seeking a Superintendent to manage and maintain a 16-unit SRO apartment in San Francisco, CA. This is a live-in position – you will receive a free room in exchange for your services.

Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of common areas and facilities

Stocking and managing supplies

Performing minor repairs and maintenance

Showing available rooms to prospective tenants

Managing Airbnb guests (check-ins, check-outs, and guest support)

Requirements:

Responsible and organized

Basic handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)

Ability to communicate professionally with tenants and guests

Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or maintenance preferred

Compensation:

Free private room in the building

Additional compensation may be negotiable
