Operations Coordinator
Knowledge of Transportation and Logisitcs, Mexico imports and exports, coordinating shipments in and out of Mexico. Extensive multitasking customer service experience through email and cell phone. Be able to work overtime from office and home and weekends.
Know some knowledge of Mexican customs procedures. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, read, speak and write. Must be able to type and experience with Microsoft Office, (Excel and Word, Outlook). Any Quickbooks experience helpful but not necessary.
Work hours: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays when needed.
