Full-Time Semi Truck and Trailer Mechanic

South Coast Carriers is looking for an experienced Semi Truck and Trailer Mechanic to join our team full-time. This role is essential in maintaining our fleet’s performance and ensuring DOT compliance. You will work Monday–Friday from 4 AM to 1 PM, with the potential for extended hours based on workload.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on semi trucks and trailers.

- Conduct full inspections to ensure DOT compliance.

- Diagnose and explain mechanical issues, then complete necessary repairs.

- Pick up parts and equipment as needed.

- Maintain records of all maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

- Must speak English fluently.

- Diesel Mechanic Certification required.

- Minimum 3 years of experience working on semi trucks and trailers.

- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
