30-Day Evaluation: $1 raise upon meeting all performance indicators and maintaining 100% attendance.
60-Day Evaluation: $1 raise upon meeting all performance indicators and maintaining 100% attendance.
90-Day Evaluation: $1 raise upon meeting all performance indicators and maintaining 100% attendance.

Knowledge and prior Landscaping Maintenance experience
