On-Site Community Manager - Part-Time
We are currently seeking an On-site Community Manager to manage our beautiful Spanish vintage style 67-unit apartment building located in Ladera Heights.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides a quality living environment for our residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees and manages the apartment community in a manner which will meet the goals of our Company.
· Maintains high occupancy.
· Effectively markets the community.
· Directs timely rent collections and deals with all income related issues.
· Takes necessary steps to ensure both appearance and physical integrity of the property.
Light cleaning daily (common areas – laundry room, walk-ways, etc.)
· Coordinates the maintenance of the property with appropriate support groups to ensure the quality and timeliness of maintenance efforts;
· Promotes positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendors, and clients.
· Enforces community rules.
· Develops a professional, motivated team through effective personnel management.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Commit to 120 Hours per month. Flexibility a must!
· Minimum 1 years’ experience as manager of comparable property. Leasing experience a plus. Self-Motivated!
· Excellent management skills including sales, customer service, and marketing;
· Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Must interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff & management.
· Light computer skills (Property Management software Yardi preferred).
· Valid driver license, transportation and insurance are required.

COMPENSATION: Free 1bedroom apartment, monthly salary between $2,200 & $2,300.00. Leasing Office is separate from managers apartments. Voluntary benefits: 401k + match, VSP, Colonial Life/Disability, 50/50 Technology program.
