Electrical Control Panel Builder

Industries Hiring For: Oil and Gas, Industrial Construction, Industrial Refineries, and Commercial Construction.

Responsibilities:

Involves performing repetitive electro-mechanical assembly tasks with a focus on precision and quality.

The role is essential for assembling electrical components and ensuring safety and quality standards adherence.

Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.

Receives components or items for assembly and/or test in programmed sequence

Assembles or tests electrical components by means of sensitive hand and equipment coordination.

Will assemble all variations of in-house standard products.

Follows clear assembly/test instructions, e.g. color code, NEC, and UL codes/standards.

Uses simple hand or power tools along with complex jigs and fixtures.

Enter work hours in ERP System (current SAP).

Drives continuous improvement processes.

Conducts daily housekeeping and audits to ensure continuous improvement.

Maintains equipment and area in an orderly and safe condition.

Contributes to division results and performance.

Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations.

Requirements:

Must have direct Control Panel Building experience.

Conduit and wire pulling experience is required.

Must have experience in Panel Building for Residential and/or Commercial.

Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, ladder diagrams, and point-to-point drawings.

Experience in an Oilfield and/or Industrial environment is preferred.

Computer and phone savviness is required.

Proficiency in using hand tools.

Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.

Schedule:

5 days on, 2 days off.

Weekends off.

Two different shifts.

Compensation:

Pay Rate is DOE.

Time and a ½ after 40 hours.
