Immediate Openings for Preschool Support Staff Teacher( Infant Room)

CBI Child Development Center is a dynamic child-focused Reggio Inspired preschool located in Tustin, California. We are currently looking for experienced, nurturing, and passionate support staff preschool teachers to work in the infant/toddler rooms. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children in a nurturing , play based learning environment.

DUTIES: Assist Teachers

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children

- Assist with classroom experiences and daily routines effectively

-Model appropriate behaviors and language for the children

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of 12 Early Childhood units +4 units Infant/toddler(preferred)

- Two years experience preferred

- Knowledge of early childhood development principles

-Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)

-CPR Certification (Preferred)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

-Complete a physical examination (LIC 503) and provide proof of immunizations and current TB test.

-Live Scan and Criminal Background Clearance

-CPR/ FIRST AID(preferred)

-PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: include the ability to lift, carry, move weights ranging from 10-40 pounds, bending at the waist, kneeling, sitting on the floor, and participate in children's play.

Job Type: Full-time Monday-Friday

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
