Forklift Operators Needed

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team in a fast-paced fruit receiving and warehouse environment. The ideal Forklift Operator will be responsible for receiving raw fruit shipments delivered via flatbeds or reefers. This role also requires proficiency and experience using RF Scanners & traceability recording by way of manual or computer inputs. A strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is a must.

Duties

Operate forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks and containers.

Safely transport materials within the warehouse and distribution center.

Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments.

Perform materials handling duties including stacking, sorting, and organizing products in designated areas.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock locations.

Collaborate with team members to build pallets for shipment and ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

Previous experience in forklift operation is required.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems is beneficial for efficient operations.

Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job duties.
