Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.Summary:This position leverages ServiceNow to develop workflows, configurations, customizations, and applications. Works with the business to customize/update complex software for computer programs, designs prototype applications, implements and tests source code, troubleshoots software applications and effectively execute the development plan. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.Other information:Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline. Knowledgeable of ITSM workflow development practices and techniques, required. Knowledgeable of HRSD, CSM and SPM workflow development practices and techniques, preferred. Expertise in ServiceNow (or similar product). 3+ years' experience documenting requirements, designing and build in a ServiceNow enterprise environment. 5+years' IT experience working in related workflow tools. Experience utilizing techniques and tools including HTML, CSS, SQL or JavaScript. Experience with scrum and other agile based methodology of software development. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Analytical, multi‐tasking and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities: Handles complex work critical to the organization. Develops software applications, workflows, and configurations to meet customer needs. Understands and follows through with business requirements during all phases of development. Transforms design into functionality; tests and maintains layout and other components to enhance user‐experience. Implements software applications. Supports software applications. Continuously maintains; tests and troubleshoots issues and problems. Creates installation, troubleshooting, and end user documentation. Provides support and follow‐up for issues.
