What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus!
7+ years of experience leading high-impact programmes in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
A proven track record of executing large-scale, complex initiatives that deliver measurable success.
Dynamic leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and other modern project management methodologies.
Expertise in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project to keep everything on track.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter mentality with a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
