Pratt Building Company has active work underway in the greater Jacksonville area and is in need of reliable subcontractor partners for the following scopes of work:

1. Framing & Drywall

2. Demolition

3. Window installation

4. Mechanical, electrical & plumbing

5. Doors & Hardware Installation

6. Flooring including tile

7. Cleaning

8. Carpentry & Millwork

9. Painting

10. Insulation

11. Concrete work

12. Fire Protection

Subcontractor must be insured, have an experienced track record, and be willing to provide an estimate or quote for the scope of work. Subcontractor must have all the vehicles and tools required for the job. Subcontractor should be prepared to start work immediately.
