Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tour Driver with a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) to transport guests around Oahu in a safe, comfortable, and entertaining manner. The ideal candidate will have over 2-3 years of experience in the tour industry, a thorough understanding of Oahu’s key attractions, and the ability to provide high-quality service while ensuring an enjoyable journey for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a variety of passenger vehicles, including buses and vans, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal traffic regulations.

Provide exceptional customer service by delivering engaging and informative commentary on Oahu's landmarks, history, and culture.

Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Inspect the vehicle for safety issues, cleanliness, and maintenance before each tour.

Follow scheduled routes and timings while being adaptable to changes as needed.

Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring everyone’s well-being during the journey.

Maintain accurate records, including passenger count and mileage logs.

Adhere to all company policies, and safety procedures.

Requirements

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Over 2 years of experience as a tour driver, preferably in Oahu or Hawaii.

Extensive knowledge of Oahu's geography, culture, history, and tourist destinations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and entertain diverse groups of people.

Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the Hawaiian language and culture.

First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
