Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Phone Sales Executive with at least 5 years of phone sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be comfortable cold calling and speaking directly with Presidents and decision-makers of businesses facing tax and debt challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to business Presidents and decision-makers in companies facing IRS and state tax issues.

Utilize provided leads to set appointments for ABCC’s team to discuss potential solutions.

Work closely with ABCC’s tax resolution experts to understand client needs and offer effective solutions.

Contribute to the growth of the business by meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the resolution process.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in phone sales, ideally within a B2B or tax resolution environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working with high-level executives and decision-makers.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment.

Compensation:

Full-time position with a competitive salary structure.

Potential earnings of $100,000 - $200,000 per year based on performance and ability to close deals.

Weekly payouts and/or monthly commissions.

Training and support provided to ensure success and a full understanding of our tax resolution services.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

End time between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Location Preferences:

We prefer candidates to work in-office at our Berkeley, IL location, but remote work options can be considered.
