Solar Laborers/Installers - No Experience required!

360X Staffing is hiring for Solar Laborers/Installers for a rooftop solar project in Louisville, KY.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Solar Laborers to join our team for a 6-week project at a gated utility site. Material handling, off loading and moving materials on the roof. Nothing over 50LBS. Supervision will be provided the whole day. No tools needed.labor only! No prior solar rooftop experience is required—just a strong work ethic and the ability to show up and get the job done!

Job Details:

Pay Rate: $21 - $22 per hour (No per diem)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week (No overtime at this time)

Job Length: Approximately 6 weeks

Requirements:

Background Check: Must pass with no criminal record

Drug Test: Onsite testing required

PPE: Must have your own Personal Protective Equipment

Transportation: Reliable vehicle required

Certifications: OSHA certification required

Must speak English
