Job Description

Takumi is a Japanese restaurant opening soon and we are looking for dependable, motivated, and hard-working staff to join our team both full-time and part-time. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

We are hiring for kitchen staff:

- BOH (line cook)

Requirements:

Must be comfortable performing double duty such as prepping, cooking, cleaning, and restocking

Be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8-plus hours

Must speak English well. Other language is a plus

Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant is a must for a line cook

Must have a Health card

Salary: can be discussed based on experience $15-$16/hour plus Tips

4days/week close on monday

Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work including holidays. Must be able to work overtime as required. Hours are Tues-Sun 4 pm-12 am
