Home appliance repair company has an opening for customer service representative.

A perfect candidate would have the following skills:

-Detail oriented

-Computer Literate

-Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

-Have no difficulty answering the phone as well as making outgoing calls (no cold calling)

-Problem solving skills in a composed, professional manner.

-Authorized to work in US.
