PT Gig- Maintenance Job for Parking Garage

Responsibilities include sweeping open driveway, picking up litter, cleaning gutters, and general grounds maintenance for an 18 unit parking garage.

Preference given to those living or working near St Johns and Franklin Ave.

$300-350 a month to clean once a week, depending on experience. If you are handy, potential for additional compensation for repair work.

Looking for someone willing to commit long term.
