Skilled Professional Deck and Patio Roof Builders 250k+

If you have been involved in the deck building industry we have fun and exciting opportunities available for you. We are looking for highly skilled professional deck and patio roof carpenters to build detailed projects that you can take pride in. We would be interested in both hourly or Sub applicants. We are looking for individuals who are tired of spending every second chasing work , fighting to get paid and dealing with BS promises from “ owners “ that call themselves elite when they can barely read a tape.

1- You must have a valid drivers license

2- You must be looking for full time work not fill in projects. We are looking for people who want an excellent paying career for the next 10 years or more .

3- You are required to have your own tools , truck , helper and insurance to be a Sub. There is ZERO advertising of any type allowed on our job sites. I will possibly provide a trailer of tools to someone with the right experience. We always provide tools to hourly employees.

4- You are required to have verifiable references and a portfolio of previous relevant projects if you want to come on as a carpenter , you can also work a week to prove your skill set. We will hire people without this but it will be as a helper until you prove yourself .

5- You are required to be honest and trustworthy thought the entire process.

The sub contractor position require that you have significant verifiable experience building upscale deck and patio roof projects. We can train the right applicants. If you do not have what I would consider significant upscale experience you would work with us hourly until we are comfortable that you have a firm grasp on our process.

Having built a deck or shingled a roof or hung some drywall or laid some LPV flooring is not going to suffice for the experience we are looking for to be a carpenter. We will hire people with that type of experience but it would be has a helper / laborer to train. If you have not personally built 25+ decks as a lead with pictures of the entire process you are going to need extensive training to build what we need built. We are hiring helpers as long as they have a vehicle , basic hand tools and are willing and able to learn and advance.
