Personal Injury Case Manager 1099 Position Work Remotely

Case manager would be responsible for:

-Handling all aspects of pre-litigation

-Initial call with new client and collect any missing information. .

-Send paralegal info to request any: past medical records, Insurance LORs, police reports etc.

-Communicate with medical case manager what medical treatment is needed.

-Communicate with insurance companies to get policy limits for both for 3rd party and 1st party

-Complete Case Status Tracker

-Return calls from adjusters for index info etc.

-Explain procedures and set expectations to clients

-Continuously monitor case status

-Other related tasks

-Prefer speaks spanish

Prior PI case management experience is a must.

Pay commensurate with experience.
