$34 per hour

DESCRIPTION

Perform part-time property maintenance tasks such as installing hangers, mounting TVs, fixing damages, repairing minor drywall, cleaning drains, etc. Accept jobs when available, as demand requires. There is no obligation to accept every job, as this is part-time work. You will often be contacted the day before or day-of to complete

East Village apartment buildings, exact location varies per job

3-8 (depending on demand)

Between 9am and 6pm

REQUIRED

Must own basic tools, have maintenance/handy skills, have reliable transportation, strong communication and problem solving skills.
