Airbnb Cleaner in Downtown Gaslamp

We run a very frequented Airbnb in the Gaslamp District of Downtown San Diego. We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented cleaner who has a flexible schedule. This listing is a very large studio that is typically very easy to clean as it is often booked 80%-97% of the month with 1 night stays.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Lives in downtown Gaslamp preferred

- Airbnb or Hotel cleaning experience preferred

- Has access to personal washing machine and dryer

- Available 11am-2:30pm everyday

- Able to be flexible with last minute bookings

- Attention to detail

- Great communication skills

- Organized

- Backup cleaner in case you are out is a plus!

DUTIES

- Sanitize all surfaces, appliances, etc.

- Sweeping and mopping the floors

- Vacuuming the rug

- Spot cleaning soft surfaces as needed

- Replacing bedding and towels with fresh ones

- Watering plants as needed

- Washing linens and towels in between sessions (your own washer and dryer is needed)

- Ensuring the listing reflects the same placement as shown in the listing photos

- Taking and sending videos when you have completed the cleaning session (we keep these for our records in case of theft)

- Communicating with us when restock items need to be replaced, when a guest left a complete mess, etc.

PAY

- $55 per 1 night cleaning session + $10 for every additional night stay

- For example, if a guest booked a 3 night stay, your pay would be $70

- We have many 1 night stays that are very easy to clean up after, quite a few 2-3 night stays, and every once in a while, we've had month long stays as well.
