Construction Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing high-rise condominium projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple job sites, coordinating and supervising various subcontractors across multiple trades, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and others. This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple high-rise condominium projects from inception to completion, ensuring the effective execution of all phases.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across various trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and more) to ensure efficient collaboration and timely work completion.
Develop, manage, and track project schedules to meet deadlines, adjusting timelines as necessary to address unforeseen challenges.
Lead site inspections to ensure quality control, monitor work progress, and verify that all work meets the project’s specifications and quality standards.
Ensure proper documentation for all project activities, contracts, and communications, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing high-rise condominium projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other construction trades.
Proven ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.
Strong experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
