Director of HVAC Operations

We are looking for a full-time Director of HVAC Operations to develop and ensure that all administrative, compliance, human resources and safety issues are operational throughout the HVAC division in a systematic matter, consistent with budgeted costs. Must have excellent organizational ability, financial aptitude, good public relations skills, good oral and written communication ability. Good computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and email.

- Must be EPA certified/universal and able to read blueprints.

- Must have a valid C-52 license (maintain license)

- Must have a valid RME license (maintain license)

- Must have a valid Driver's License.

- Schedule:

Monday to Friday and on-call after hours/weekends/holidays

- Salary:

$140k - $160k
