Dirty French Steakhouse - Hiring Cooks - $18

Major Food Group the powerhouse restaurant group behind Carbone is hiring line cooks to join our team at Dirty French Steakhouse, a fine dining restaurant located in Brickell.

Dirty French is looking for line cooks with strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation, effective time management and quality control.

We are looking for people with at least 1 year of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Stock inventory appropriately

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
