IT Field Support Coordinator

AllCom Connect, Inc. is a Maryland based Company serving customers nationwide. We have an immediate WORK FROM HOME opening in Louisiana for a Support Coordinator to assist in dispatching our IT Field Techs. Part time or Full Time available

Job Title: Telecom / IT Support Coordinator –MUST HAVE DEDICATED HOME OFFICE OR WORKSPACE

Successful candidate will have solid business office experience, PC and telephone skills including Outlook, Word, O365 suite, be self-motivated, dedicated and a quick learner. Must be able to type quickly and accurately using proper business etiquette.

We will train on the "technical" aspects of the job only.

You will coordinate and dispatch Field Techs nationwide and manage support tickets for our national account customers.

Daily responsibilities and tasks:

· Creating and updating Help Desk tickets in our ticketing system.

· Communicating with our national points of contact, local contacts, and Field Techs via email, telephone and text to ensure timely and accurate completion of all service tickets from initial customer request through close out and prepping for billing department.

-Negotiating rates with subcontractors and balancing costs vs. urgency of tickets

· Creating purchase orders and ordering equipment for timely delivery to Field Techs

A self-starter with a highly detail-oriented and highly organized personality is required.

Successful candidate will be confident and assertive without being aggressive, have an inherent desire to be helpful, thorough and see that each dispatch meets with our high standards of excellent customer service. Must also be patient, diplomatic and able to remain calm in situations where customer may be dissatisfied, and resourceful enough to find solutions to resolve issues that may arise during the lifecycle of a project.

Good judgement, negotiation skills and the ability to be tactful are imperative.

Ideal candidate should be thoroughly familiar with desktop, network, and IT terminology and able to identify PC components, and peripheral devices.

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time

Pay: $16 -$20 per hour depending on applicable experience. Growth opportunities available.
