Looking to hire a full time maintenace person to work at 3822 West Ave, San Antonio. Walnut Manor Apartments.

Apartment maintenance experince is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage vacant apartments by preparing them through the turn over process so the are ready to lease to new prospects.

Keep the grounds free from debris and trash

Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations.

Make sure all work orders are completed.

Ability to comunicate effectivley both in writting and verbally
