Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

Small distribution company looking for an accounts receivable specialist

Monitoring and managing outstanding accounts of current customers

Making sure prepays, invoices, terms are being paid on time.

Contacting customers to make sure invoices are paid

All customers are our customers that purchase regularly.

Resolving billing credits, product returns and credit forms.

Basic knowledge in accounting, excel, reporting

Strong communication skills to talk to customers

Experience with accounts receivables

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm approx
