Senior Construction Project Manager - Roofing

We're seeking an experienced Senior Roofing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll manage various roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a senior level position where you be working directly with the President of the company managing complex residential and commercial roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee roofing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear communication and successful project execution.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve any issues that arise.

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Prepare and present regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other critical records.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in roofing project management.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale roofing projects.

In-depth knowledge of low and steep slope roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
