Quality Inspector – Vacation Rentals

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure our vacation rental condos meet top cleanliness and presentation standards. This role involves inspecting properties after cleaning, following a detailed checklist, and performing light cleaning when needed.

Responsibilities:

Inspect vacation rental properties after cleaning to ensure they meet company standards.

Follow a detailed inspection checklist to verify cleanliness and readiness.

Provide feedback to cleaning teams and report any issues.

Perform light cleaning if necessary to meet standards.

Work efficiently within a limited timeframe to complete inspections.

Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends and afternoons (12 PM – 4 PM).

High attention to detail and ability to spot even the smallest cleanliness issues.

Prior cleaning experience is required.

Ability to work under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Must be able to work independently and take initiative.

Reliable transportation to travel between properties.

Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:

$30 per completed inspection.

1099 tax form will be issued at the end of the year.
